2. Service Conversations (Inbound)
When a customer messages you, you have 24 hours to reply with free-form text. Meta charges a small 'Service' fee for this session, but the first 1,000 service conversations per month are completely free.
3. Platform Markups
Always check if your platform provider adds a markup on top of Meta's base fees. Many platforms charge a 10-20% premium per message. WaveChat passes Meta's costs directly to you with zero markup.
